Unique Reworked: Yongle (China)

Description
Replaces Yongle's yields from citizens with city center adjacency for all districts.

I always wanted to make a civ or leader having such a bonus because building districts next to the city center creates those sprawl buildings that look nice. Always had considered Yongle for this because of his role in founding Beijing and because China would synergize well with such an ability because you can then build the Great Wall around the outside. As the bonus is meant to promote sprawl visuals, it seemed fitting to link it to population. Now that Firaxis released Yongle and already themed his bonuses around high-population cities, I knew what I had to do.

All Cities receive Projects where they can convert 50% of their Production into Food, Faith, or 100% if it is Gold. Districts receive a standard adjacency bonus for being next to a city center, doubled for cities with 10 citizens, tripled for cities with 20 citizens.

Can be used with any Ruleset and does not require any DLC.

Available languages: English, Simplified Chinese

Known issue: the adjacency bonuses work just like the foreign continent bonus for the Royal Navy Dockyard, meaning they will not show during city placement or in the Empire lense, and they will not contribute towards triggering the Moment for building a district with a certain adjacency. They are, however, shown in tile tooltips once the district is built and also included when it comes to policy thresholds for extra building yields (such as Rationalism).

Does this mod make anyone else’s game crash?

Definitely yes!

There's the option to make the adjacency from city center appear during placement, in the empire lense, and count towards getting high-adjacency moments. Downside: it would only work on tiles with an Appeal of 0 or higher. What do y'all think, worth making the change?

Oof, thanks for the info. Looks like I had already added that change but never uploaded it. Will fix that ASAP.

In fact from testing I'm fairly confident that Yongle is still getting his vanilla bonuses on top of the ones added by this mod

As someone ust dipping my toe into making my own mods I was looking at your SQL code- how does your code remove the previous leader ability? Sukritact's sumer rework explicitly deletes the old abilities but yours doesn't

@Kenraali: unmodded Yongle gets yields just for high population, here you have to get high population for district slots and then actually build those districts. It requires a lot more production investment to actually get somewhere. You have to adjust where you found your cities. Unmodded Yongle can just stick to the project and keep growing fast and the yields come automatically, I feel like that was way stronger.
