Description
This collection and its mods aim to expand upon the content of the Royalty DLC and give it the oomph it needs to compare with Ideology or Biotech.

Eventually, I plan to make my own custom patches and content to weave these additions together seamlessly.

If you want to use this with Vanilla Psycasts Expanded, simply remove Choice of Psycasts, and any mods adding new psycasts in the vanilla fashion (Melee Psycasts, More Psycasts, and [FSF] More Psycast Powers).
