Description
Balance mod for team pvp games on fast speed.
Best synergy with Vaul scout device plus

Changes:

Relics - All relics are now loyalty relic. SM receive bonus +4 influence on top of +2 loyalty.
City founding range 5->4.
Population building can be build by default without research.
Population building cost 36->24 cogs. Upleep 2->1.
Loyalty buidling building cost 36->24 cogs. Upleep 2->1. can be build without research.
Construction build (crane) cost 48->36 cogs.
Air buildings Cost 48-36 cogs.
Hero buildings cost 50->30, 36-24 cogs, Upkeep 2->1. Give 2->4 influence(2->4 biomass to Nids).
Eldar gates can be activated from r3 with ally or own units.
Terrain - remove food malus from arctic, desert and volcanic region.
Map setting very high land mass 95%->98%. High 80%->95%.
Change jokaero outpost tile from 20%/2 influence to 10%/10%, 1/1 req/influence for SM/SOB
It is possible to grant multiple marks/modules per turn.
Krag grenades AP 2 -> 4.
Intergated Ard roads in mod.
Trait sniper:min 4 AP ->+4 AP.
Items:
Jokaero ring damage 12->16, require action.
Uncreator Gauntlet cooldown 3->1.
Add new item "Shining banner" +2 loyalty.
Faolcus wing cd 1->3. cost 160->80.

SoB:
Units:
Paragon warsuit: 17->33% FnP damage reduction, +17% attacks. Add fleet trait +1 move. Increase price 120->160.
Canoness: Righteous Judgement Ultimate cooldown 3->1. All abilities 3->2 cooldown.
Cerstus Knight: Can be built from armory.
Exorcist: 36 HP -> 30 HP.
Other:
Medicus Ministorum (FnP 17 invul from hospitaliers) works for infantry only.
Sisters city radius tech t8-->t9 increase radius of aux citites. 1->2.
Legatus Priority t1->t2. Hospitalier can be build by default.

Tau:
Move crises center tech from t5->t4.
Move In unity strength tech from t10 tech to t5. Add additional tech at t10.
Units:
Lowered XV88 Broadside tech t8->t7. Give relentless and Stab anchor traits.
Ghostkeel: 16->24 HP removed stealth traits. Charged Ion raker 1->1.33 attacks,
R'varna battle suit t9->t8.
Tiger shark: reduce cost 160->120. Seeker Missile cd 5->3. movement 5->6.
Sun Shark Bomber: remove interceptor drone. Missile Pod 1->2. Seeker missile 2->4. Cd 5->3.
Pulse Bomb: 1->2. cd 3->1.
AX3 Razorshark gets additional weapon. Quad ion turrets 1->2.
Sky ray: Seeker Missile cd 5->3.
Add new unit TX7-M2 Hammerhead Gunship.
Cadre fire blade: Valley charge is active skill with cd 3. Give +20%...+60% attacks to infantry units.

Chaos:
Tech Gift of mutation tier 9 -> 5.
Cult of Chaos: can produce pox walkers. Require Rite Of Pestilence tech.
Units:
Demon Prince: increase accuracy 1 -> 2 only for infantry. Boon of Mutation ability cooldown 4..2 -> 3..1 and is a free action now.
Land raider: cargo slots 3->6.
Helldrake attacks 1->2.
Chaos lord: Dark Glory 10...30% invul change to 15...45%. Worthy Offering skill chance increase 25...75% -> 100...200%
Power armor infantry HP 3->6. Increase price.

AM:
Astra edicts affects all cities.
Psyker coven removed. Psykers can be produced from Shrine of Aquilla.
Units:
Scout sentinel: change Multi laser to Flamer.
Tempestus Scions: get infiltrate trait. Model count 7->8.
Devil dog: main cannon damage 2 attacks 8 damage, remove blast.
Marauder bomber: Bomb cooldown 3->1, movement 5->6.
Primaris Psyker: All Skills range 2->3, Ultimate CD 5->3 add trait Psychic Lash.
Add Marauder Destroyer t10 flying unit.
Add Armored sentinel t7 unit .
Add Kasrkin squad t7 unit .

Vindicator: Demolisher cannon - 1 attack 12 damage -> 2 attacks 6 damage. 6->4AP. Large blast->Blast.

Scouts -> can clear tiles now.
Whirlwind: +1 range, +2 AP on main weapon
Land raider: add 2 Krak missile launchers via tier 10 Krakstorm silo tech.
Librarian: Objuration Mechanicum range 2->3, can be applied to Monstrous Creature.Add terminator armor trait.
Power armor infantry HP 3->6. Increase price.
Other:
Increase population limit 6->8.
SM tier 10 tech Locator beacon removed. t9 Teleport homer tech removed.
Add tier 6 and tier 9 tech that will give SM city tiles +20% resources +5% production.
Tactical doctrine: Buffs TSM, Scouts,Devastators and ASM. Tier 3 tech. cost 40->80.
Assault doctrine: Buffs Assault Terminators,Terminators and Centurions. Tier tech 7. cost 40->80.

Tyranocite: add assault vehicle trait.
Prime: AlphaWarrior gives +2 acc to all infantry. Adaptive Biology 15..45%->20...+60%. abilities cooldown 3->2.

A new DLC has been released and units cannot be built when the mod is enabled. When will they fix it? And can you give instructions on how the Eldar can move the city. I tried all the buttons and still couldn’t move the city

Yes, you have only 1st turn to establish new city location. U use ability on first city. Recieve resources to establishe second one. On 2nd turn 1st city got destroyed.

Exorcist are insale op bruh
you need to increase their cost and upkeep to be appropriate for their tier
Otherwise ppl just spam them and kill literally everything
