I went through a lot of NSFW mods for L4D2 for fun, and I have found a large amount that all work together without causing lag or crashes.
This was fun for me to go through, and I hope you enjoy the hell that I have custom-made.
All add on's are 18+ and NSFW, all are hentai, and some are furry or futa, though.
if some fall into the category of things like loli or gore/goru, please report that to me so I can find and remove the mod that adds it.

some mods aren't even NSFW, just an anime-style reskin or a mod that makes the game less of a turn-off, like removing corpses or turning zombies pink.

Your gameplay will be greatly affected, as some mods will change how items, infected, or even how textures like windows look. Achievements are not deactivated, but I would not try playing this online for fear of being banned.

Be sure to go through and deactivate mods that you think your PC can't handle and try turning out different mods, I play on an RTX 3060 and all the current mods run fine on my PC without crashing despite the add-on section of the main menu says some mods conflict each other.

Also, I have not tested every single map with these add on's, but so far they have worked for me, so keep checking the debug log to see if there are issues, and feel free to report them in the comments and their solutions.
