Description
This is a module for the More Sensible Tweaks series of mods aiming to make the game more realistically plausible and less railroaded, with this instance in particular aiming for making the portrayal of Jungle and Scorched planets more realistic.

What This Does
Starbound handles progression through Tiers, and beginning on Tier 4, they have a major planetary hazard you require an EPP to protect yourself from. For some reason, it was decided that Jungles were "radioactive", and the post-apocalyptic Scorched planets have "deadly heat". Last time I checked, in the real world, jungles are known for their extreme heat rather than radioactivity, while post-apocalyptic cities in media are often portrayed as being dangerous because of radioactivity rather than heat - case in point, the Fallout series has a "rad" meter but not a "heat" meter. :p

This irked me enough that I decided to make a mod to "fix" this, swapping around the progression of these two planets. Now, Jungles are categorized as being Tier 6 and having the Deadly Heat planetary hazard, while Scorched planets have been downgraded to Tier 4 and granted the Radioactive hazard. Besides being more plausible, it also hopefully gives the game some more variety, as in my opinion Tiers 4 and 6 were rather bland due to both planets for it being somewhat samey.

Known Issues
This may potentially cause issues with item progression due to Jungle resources being pushed toward the late-game. This issue can be alleviated by running into a Jungle secondary biome in a lower-tier planet, but it's not guaranteed to find one such planet. As such, it's recommended to use this mod alongside More Sensible Secondary Biome Distribution.

Additionally, this will naturally end up breaking the vanilla game's railroaded storyline, due to it requiring the player to find an Avian village that, by default only spawns on Jungle planets. Due to Jungle planets now being relegated to the lategame, the player will find themselves softlocked if using this mod without Story Disabler or More Sensible Planetary Dungeons.

Compatibility
Not recommended to use alongside Frackin Universe, as it will very likely break its progression. TrueSpace compatibility requires a seperate patch.
