Add technology concept
The arms of each country are independent

Each country's science and technology tree is independent, and the science and technology tree affects the national arms tree
Encyclopedia interface adds the science and technology tree UI of each country

AI technology promotion rules:

Use influence to vote every week, and choose the one with the highest number of votes to continue the research after the completion of science and technology

When players have a faction, they can view their kingdom's scientific and technological details in the encyclopedia interface. They can press shift+the left mouse button to select technology at the same time

Only new soldiers are available in all countries

Soldier units of 1-6 levels of the same arms will not change their equipment, but will only improve their skill proficiency

Support the building of our own kingdom and not build it again and again

After the player creates the kingdom, the kingdom science and technology page will pop up. There are 5 opportunities to improve science and technology (also use shift+left mouse button to select). You can continue to study after the promotion
