Allows fast forwarding during all combat. Fast forwarding works just like the fast forward button after you're dead.

NOTE: THIS MOD SPEEDS UP COMBAT. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR FASTER SPEED ON THE CAMPAIGN MAP, YOU WANT BETTER TIME.

RBM incorporated this mod into theirs. So don't install this if you use RBM. I only maintain this mod because I don't use RBM and I want fast forwarding.

Pressing Control-V toggles fast forward on and off.
Holding Control-X keeps fast forward on while held down.
