Instructions:

Crane Operation:
Channel 1 (remote control)
W, A, S, D, dock lock
Up, Down, Left, Right, [hotkey 2] Crane

Back up to dock and be sure Dock-Lock Mag-Alls are secured before lifting cargo.

Raise and lower cargo handler wheels to lift cargo.
Load Cargo Handler and secure it to the deck before departing.

Arctic Travelers: Refuel at the Tajin Airstrips North-East Dock.

Use a compatible lineman fuel container to Buy and Sell Oil/Jet Fuel/Diesel for big returns.

Does the helipad have any specific helicopters that work well with it, and does this has container capacity more than 1?

the coolant is flowing fine. ive just checked the pumps are running. i will come back to this when the update rolls through for fluid pressure.

The cooler doesn't work on the engine. Just pumping seawater through a coolant manifold does nothing, it still takes ages for the engine to overheat because the temperature mechanics for 3x3 and 5x5 engines are terrible, but it does if you use it long enough. What you need is a liquid-liquid heat exchanger with seawater pumping through it to cool the engine.

use the crane to lift the cargo handler on the dock. there's electric connectors on top of he handler that line up with the connectors on the crane.
