Outlands Season 2 Khan Faction FFG- Morning Glory

Designed as a quick strike and run vessel the Morning Glory class was equipped with five 220 mm missile launchers on her dorsal side. The limited gun placement had little negative effect as she was nimble enough to be a nightmare for most enemy pilots. The ship quickly became one of the staple frigates in the early days of the Khan and Coalition Alliance war.

While not gaining any notable kills she has played a role in forcing the retreat of many vessels as she kindly removes them of their offensive capability. Probably her largest feat of all was having multiple encounters with the Eternity's Advent and living to tell the tail.

she was pushed out of service when the enemy developed better targeting systems, rendering the over all effectiveness into question. The last ship known to exist of this class was destroyed with the loss of all hands at the battle of Malta, while leading a squadron of fighters into the initial battle. The ship was unable to withstand the numerous barrages of 400 mm shells and was completely obliterated. To date it is unknown if any part of the hull survived.
