Update 3.0:
Chaos Dwarf Towers added into the tables. They naturally get a bit more supplies at towers than most races do at main settlements, and this had been added into the mod keeping that disparity intact (meaning they get the same increase as every other race to their initial supply points PLUS the increase they got in vanilla - making their main settlements more defensive than anyone else's besides Dark Fortresses and the Bastion). Also, unlike other races besides Cathay, Chaos Dwarfs get the same supply bonus for holding the bastion gates that Cathay does (since if I understand correctly, Chaos Dwarfs can properly hold the Bastion (just like Cathay) unlike every other race).

This mod removes the supplies generated during siege battles in the campaign (it does not affect survival/domination battle modes). It also includes a rework of initial supply levels given by settlements to compensate, based on the level of the settlement.

So for example, a level one major settlement still gives the 1000 supply points, and each successive level gives an extra 500 initial supply points (so a Level 5 major settlement will give 3000 supply points).

Buildings that already gave extra supplies as their level increased (Dark Fortresses and Bastion, for example) kept the same step increase as the other buildings, but added to their own increases. This makes Dark Fortresses and the Bastion truly impressive fortifications; as CA intended.

I suggest combining this mod with another of my mods that gives extra supplies (which add up each turn under siege) for wall buildings.

Like all GOW mods, this mod has been cleaned to minimize potential conflicts with other mods. This means my mod will not accidentally overwrite someone else's mod changes in an unrelated area. My mod will only conflict with mods that change the exact same things I do.

Doing that makes it pain to build the towers at the start of the game. What "No Real Time Building" did was have all that there like normal at the start, but removed everything once the battle started. Was great for immersion and all that

It does not. But if you want the icons themselves removed, you can just hold spacebar during your next siege battle and uncheck the box in the bottom right of your screen that displays them. They will go away until you turn it back on.

Does this mod also remove all the green tower/barricade popup locations after the battle starts? The mod "No Real Time Building" removed those distracting green popups too, but now that mod appears to be gone :(

It does do that, but it also turns off supply generation during battle. If you want a mod that just increases supplies, I'd try this one. I no longer support it, but it should still work. They haven't added any new races since I made it either, so there shouldn't be any walls that are missing the supply bonus.

Would this work just to increase base supply for sieges? Towers are permanent now but I still searching for a mod that increases supplies for defenders.

Sorry it took a while to reply, I saw your post when I didn't have time to fix it and forgot about it :(
Helmgart is an empire fort, correct? I went back through the files and I think I found one that I missed. I added it in; please let me know if the problem is resolved.

with 4.1 the game has finally reached a stage where the towers are acceptable for me. Thank you again SO much for this mod which made me enjoy sieges before 4.1 and wish you all the best
