If you load it at a higher priority it will overwrite these specific changes from SFO, so basically yes. I think my mod needs to be higher in the load order (but it might have to be lower; I'm not sure). Try it higher than SFO and see if walls have the supplies when you hover on them on the campaign map. If they don't, try loading this mod lower than SFO. One of those ways will work.
fixed it using RPFM
It's almost certainly a mod conflict or something that can be fixed with a re-sub. I booted up a Khorne campaign with just this mod enabled, took Agrul Migdhal (minor settlement just left of Skarbrand's starting position) removed the building already there and went to build a minor wall and the supplies are showing for me.
I recommend first unsubscribing and resubscribing. Then try putting this mod at the top of your load order. If that doesn't fix it, put it at the bottom (I can't remember if top or bottom is the "overwrite all before" position in the mod list). That should get it working for you.
No, I don't use Radious. But anyone else is free to make a submod of it for Radious if you know someone, as long as they paste a link to this original version
