What about the Abu Sayyaf group responsible for the 2017 Marawi siege? Probably wasn't involved in drugs but it'd be an interesting faction to add. Maybe even the Dawlah Islamiya-Maute group that was supposedly responsible for a church bombing in December 3rd, 2023, during a christian mass?

Rarely in the Philippines are there jihadists or separatist Islam belief groups, such as Abu Sayyaf, there was even an urban war in Marawi City by jihadists associated with Daesh (Islamic State).
