//Add a mod setting to allow you to adjust points gained per level as you wish.

Q:What is this for?
A:The sub mod of Vanilla psycasts expanded.Each levelup gets you 5 points instead of 1(default is 5,but you can change it in mod settings now.Waghhh!).Besides you have access to every path not matter what kind of backstory you have.

A: ≈0.

没有bug红字提示就放心用，有的话直接在这里报告我修。顺便告诉你个秘密，大多数mod更新版本其实就是把说明文件里的1.3改成1.4，所以只要没有异常提示或者bug的话尽管用就好啦。

Should have checked here earlier, but I can confirm that this works just fine in 1.4, you can either add 1.4 to the version list in the about file, or just accept rimworld complaining it is the wrong version.
