Balaclava with Helmet

Description
A simple patch allowing you to wear balaclavas + eyewear with helmets/hats.

Now includes:

Vanilla Armour Expanded:
Balaclava
Omni-Spectrum Goggles
Flak Goggles

Vanilla Apparel Expanded:
Gas Mask

No eyewear with power armour recommended for balance.

Omni-Spectrum Goggles and something called the Ballistic mask were removed, its shown in the documents in the change logs of Vanilla armour expanded. :steamthumbsup:

I believe the gas mask was removed from apparel expanded with 1.4 so that may be logging a missing asset

@Mayonnaise idk, i haven't played rimworld for a while, been too busy. have you tried it with 1.4? if anyone does and doesn't notice any issues please let me know and i'll add a tag

Yeah try it out its awesome! Basically all mods are compatible with it now, you have to try hard to find one that isn't
