[WOTC] Iridar's Perk Pack

Description
This mod adds various abilities that can be used by other mods that add soldier classes, items or provide other ways for soldiers to gain abilities. By itself this mod does absolutely nothing; it relies on other mods to put the new abilities to use.

I intend to put most of my new abilities into this mod, as it will make it more convenient for different mods to reuse the abilities without duplicating code.

Perks in this mod are currently split into the following groups:Click on the group name to see the list of abilities in that group.

REQUIREMENTS
Safe to add mid-campaign.

COMPATIBILITY

Perks in this mod are already configured for Ability To Slot Reassignment and Musashi's RPG Overhaul. Make sure to subscribe to [WOTC] Musashi's Mods Fixes if you use either of these mods.

This mod should not conflict with anything, it has no mod class overrides and makes no changes to other abilities or items that could cause compatibility issues.

CONFIGURATION

Many aspects of this mod are configurable through configuration files in:
..\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\2833581072\Config\
Each group of abilities will have its own set of configuration files in its own folder.

Some of the abilities' properties can be configured through XComGame.ini in the group's config folder. Such properties are highlighted in-game with non-standard font color.

Hi. The mod has some unfinished abilities, they are currently disabled and you cannot use them.

Hi thanks for your many works made for this game. They are amazing.

Going through the config files in this mod I found an interesting line that adds an ability called ZephyrStrike to the ranger class. I wonder is it a port of Zephyr's Crowd Control ability from Chimera Squad? With her cool animations? If so, is it possible that I enable it through AWC for ranger class?

I currently use LWOTC only, though this mod is included in the Mod Jam list but I cannot find any changes by it to integrated this mod into LWOTC.

There are commented out, so they are not created and cannot be used. Most of them are in various states of unfinishedness. They're remnants of two cancelled mods. I might be finishing up and reusing them later.

Question: Do the commented out abilities not work yet or are they simply not finished/a bit janky?

A couple of them look pretty interesting and I was wondering whether they are in a 'usable' state yet.

Small question: I've grabbed the Templar Proficiency Class, I assume the Templar Power can be randomly given to a Templar or do I need to add that via config?
