[KE] Moonbase as in outlands (unfinnished)

This city is made for outlands. As Brock the creator of outlands asked me and the community to build a small outpost. We build a city...

this version of the city is still unfinished (mostly sections unpainted). But is the version that appears in episode 14 of outlands. And this version of the city will reappear in outlands (with mayor reworks of course). So, if you want to explore the blueprint from the episode/future episodes this is the build for you

A way nicer finished vanilla version of the city will be posted during the summer. this version will have proper lighting, interiors, and functioning systems. I hope you guys will check that version out as well once it released

- Taidyr (planner, did super large painting jobs on the lower section of the build, general detail work)
- Maverick (nuclear-box-factory building, gun tower 1 building)
- Ogre (gun tower 2 building, shanty town original arena builder (not the one in final product. that one is BOAD's. Ogre did create the bar in the new arena), original vent placer)
