Sorry to hear that. It's been so long since I played SE... I had no idea there was an update. Unfortunately, I don't have any immediate plans to do an update. My advice is to try these steps just to be sure. If you're a long time mod user then you're probably already familiar with figuring these things out but, just in case:
1 - Try running your save with just Terrain Tool and no other mods. If your game crashes then Terrain Tool defiantly is glitching with your save... jump to step 2. If your game does not crash then jump to step 3.
2 - Try just Terrain Tool by itself on a fresh new game. If you're game does not crash then Terrain Tool works with the latest update... jump to step 3
3 - Try adding back 3 or 4 of your mods at a time. Keep doing this until the game crashes. This will help narrow down which mods are conflicting.
