A dialed down version of GBs-Efficient-MobileBase ( https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=753928942 ) to make it possible to build earlier.

Regular steel instead of combat/hardened steel, so is much less armored.

Small generators instead of T1 Large

No warp engine or pentaxid tank (Space still left to place them manually later, labeled on the floor)

Large constructors instead of advanced

Single T2 fuel tank instead of multiple T3

More medical facilities

Turrets now retractable for aesthetics and reduction of steel blocks. Large turrets now all 30mm instead of mix of 30 and 15 to simplify ammo requirements.

Needs no Sathium, Erestrum or Zascosium (Still needs some Titanium and a fair bit of Neodymium, but can't help that - all CV thrusters need Neodymium)
