This mod replaces all of the useless Megasatan and all completion mark baby unlocks with actuall item unlocks.
i may have overdone it with get everything unlocks being really good items like with godhead for lost,
so it does make the game alot harder in early game but its also very rewarding to get all the quali 4 items that are normaly unlocked so eh?
i made this mod for a new save file of mine but i fought i could share so i did.

anyone can do with this mod what they want to in terms of further development since im done with it and quite frankly, im not good at modding, this is just an achievement reskin and luke warm achievement number copy paste's in the items file not actual coding

I figured out what breaks the Black Bean. Looking into the base game items.xml, the Black Bean now has a cooldown variable, which is set to 30. Copying the variable into your items.xml fixes the issue.

It also breaks Breath of Life, but that's because it came out before the Breath of Life update, so it uses a different charge time.
