Adds a new hero unit, the Royal Warden

Focuses on backline AoE buffs, summoning troops, causing other units to deal devastating long range damage, and restoring morale.
Has 7 total abilities/passives.

Requires Immortals tech/dlc.

Bio:
Royal Wardens are Necrons who serve directly under a Overlord and ensure their lord's will is carried out by the Dynasty's armies.
Royal Wardens possess the initiative to adapt on the battlefield and can modify the orders to phalanxes of Necron Infantry. While they retain independence of thought, their command protocols still make them unquestionably loyal. Royal Wardens are armed with Relic Gauss Blasters, a more powerful version of the standard Gauss Blaster.

Hi.. play with this mod and the free rank 10 inmortals are a bit broken.
My ideas to balance are:
1) Increase the cooldown of Free troops
2) Change the level scaling to 3/6/10 to make the free troops more weak in the early game

Hey so first love your mods (despite the fact my friends don't want to play with them) but a suggestion of a hero. More-so I guess more like a lord? Extremely late tier for the space marines. I guess the venerable dreadnought fits it but I was thinking a named character in the form of unique marines or dreadnoughts like Bjorn the Fell-Handed or Ancient Rylanor.(Leaning more towards rylanor cause despite him having little lore about him i love his last stand to the end)
