Description
DOES NOT CHANGE RUN SPEED OF VANILLA RACES AND ANIMALS

Adjusts run speed of races and animals added by UWE to be on par with run speed changes introduced by realistic run speeds.

I buffed Skeleton run speed, not by much, but they are the fastest playable race right now (skeleton max speed 23mph vs hive prince max speed 22mph).

@TreadLightly77 may use and/or reupload any and all my UWE patches with or without credits as he deems so necessary
