Description
A simple xml patch that causes manipulation to affect global work speed instead of general labor speed.

This change causes certain stats to benefit from manipulation twice.

For example, Mining Speed is already affected by both Global Work Speed and by Manipulation. If you make Global Work Speed affected by Manipulation as well, then Mining Speed is effectively changed by Manipulation twice.

Here's some screenshots of the Mining Speed stat of a pawn with two bionic arms (Manipulation 125%) both with and without this mod active.

yeah I looked into that but went back to vanilla balancing. general labor speed is already uncapped in regards to manipulation and I think sight as well. at least I don't see any cap in the pawn stats window.

Lord Maelstrom also i just check your older comments , there is hard cap for these works speeds stats thats why you dont work really faster with bionics (example research speed is affected by sight and manipulation but these stat can go only up to 110% of importance). Get mod like Un-Limited to remove these hard cap.

I think general work speed in vanilla is just an extension of global work speed, they really just do the same thing.
