Total Rebalance
Actual game version: v1.13.5

List of changes
The mod changes stats everywhere in the game, you can observe changes everywhere: units stats, doctrines focus or ideas. There are also new features, such as new technologies and many more! You can learn below.

1. Focuses rebalance:
  • New focuses available for: Soviet Union, Italy, France, Generic Focus, Hungary, Romania, Netherlands.
  • Many changes and fix for all country focuses.
  • Focus completion time changed to 25 and 50 days (from 35 and 70 days vanilla).

2. General rebalance:
  • Land units:
    -Heavy Tanks cost more to produce and get debuffed.
    -Light Tanks get buffed.
    -Units with the highiest strength and organisation are Armored Cars -> Light Tanks -> Medium Tanks -> Heavy Tanks and Super Heavy tanks have lowest org. and strg. it's mean if enemy can be penetraing by enemy they don't have many org. and strg. to stay a long time
  • Ships:
    -Ship modules require manpower (more modules installed = more manpower needed for ships).
    -Hit profiles has been changed (in vanilla, all ships have hit profile 100). Now, capital ships have now 140-130 (BB, CV, BC, CA), CL have 140, and DD & SS have 100. Guns hit profile & torpedo 180 Big Guns 120 Small 99 (if ship hit profile lower than weapon hit profile more chance for miss)
    -You can't place medium guns on cruisers in middle slots anymore.
  • Planes:
    -Following By Blood Alone update/DLC, new planes stats (speed, manpower, thrust, etc), modules and characteristics have been rebalanced to be more realistic.
    -New transport module, allowing medium and large airframes to be used for paradrops.
    -New cargo module, allowing large airframes to perform supply drops missions.
  • Land Doctrines:
    -Full rework of Deep Battle from Mass Assault doctrines.
    -Grand Battleplan docrines give more bonuses.
  • Army Advisors/Generals/Admirals:
    -Reduced all bonus stats and less bonus from abilities.
  • Map:
    -Less debuff from groud type.
    -Sea storms give attrition to ships.
    -Global rework of resources positions.
    -Each new level of infrastructures add +1% population.
  • Factories:
    -Dockyard output from 2.5 to 4.
    -Military factory output from 4 to 6
    -Basic Efficiency change from 50 to 60
    -Rework Concentrated and Dispersed industry
  • Others:
    -Less planes damage against ships
    -Can upgrade any kind of equipment(like AT guns/Guns/Cars etc.)
    -Add more factories to France/Italy/Japan/Soviet Union and Czechoslovakia
    -Change basic AI templates. AI builds more tanks.
    -Less convoys for lend-lease weapons/at-guns/aa-guns/ howitzers and support equipment.
    -Many changes and fixes for events and ideas
    -Democratic can declear war to any country but need MORE time

3. New technologies:
  • Late 1950s/early 1960s infantry weapons added as Infantry Weapons IV. Reworked nations (DLC) have custom GFX, while the generic have an FN FAL GFX.
  • Tiers IV ships added with their own stats. Actually, custom GFX are planned for generic, USA, USSR and France added ships.
  • Tiers II trucks, as a 1943 technology (custom GFXs planned).
  • New engineering technologies have been added (research speed upgrades).
  • New industry technologies have been added (factory production & output upgrades).

4. Decisions:
  • Ships transfers.
  • Close trade with your subjects.
  • Most of vanilla decisions are also reworked.

Compatibility
The mod may be incompatible with any mod changing the map, general balance and much more considering the large amount of stuff modified or added. Graphic mods such as new GFX, graphic mods for the map etc may be compatible. Obviously, this also mean this mod will not be compatible with R56, etc.

Also, our mod is meant to be loaded with Lamp's Eqpt Icons: 电灯弗里曼 (@Lamp) remade all vanilla technology icons, and he also made our new tech icons. Huge thanks to him!

The mod also integrate the following fix for the Austrian general Karl Eglseer, many thanks to @Lionheart to allow us to use it.

GDI Trooper имею ввиду массовое использование, в принципе во франции у рейха больше половины были легкие танки да и в 41 50 на 50 а так с 43 года они перешли уже вспомогательные батальоны разведки итд

sorry07, по "истории" легкие танки воевали до 45 и дальше, как и соответствующие базовому корпусу средние танки и были созданы примерно в 36
