Report a translation problem
You can easily unpack the mo with a "gmad.exe" located somewhere in Gmod's bin folder, find the mod by searching for "1673054509" in Steam folder (the number is the workshop number for the mod), find the .gma file inside the folder that is named like these numbers and pull ot to gmad. Boom, you unpacked it. Then do the renaming and just shove the unpacked folder to your garrysmod/addons
(Probably worth updating that addon to include one out of the box tho)
