Lieutenant Jacob Taylor (excellently voiced by Adam Lazarre-White), a former Alliance Marine who joined the pro-human organization known as Cerberus thanks to his superior officer Miranda Lawson, as featured in Mass Effect Legendary Edition (2 & 3). 350+ lines with an applied radio effect.
