[CZK] VIE Memes and Structures - Sh*ntao Begone Patch

What is Sh*ntao? Who knows, but it made a bunch of people mad. Here's a patch for those who want to use Shinto and Daoist structures from other mods together with the VIE mod. The style itself was kept because it's very well made and fits other oriental mods nicely.

What this patch does:
- removes Sh*ntao structure
- renames Sh*ntao style to "Oriental"
- removes other references to "Sh*ntao"
- adds new style icon to Oriental style
- (with More Religious Origins installed) replaces the icon for Daoist origin with the old Sh*ntao icon

Best used with More Religious Origins and/or T's Samurai Faction

Future plans:
- make patches to make VIE memes like bushido integrated into Shinto and Daoist structures from other mods
