Mods that change worlds completely (AGOT, Elder Scrolls, etc) wouldn't work too well. Most other mods should be fine though.
So to answer your first question again, I don't suspect there'll be any conflicts though some features will probably end up complementing each other in a convoluted roundabout way.
And while I love how dark that is, it would probably lead to dynastic suicide for quite a number of characters :\ But if you're looking for a particularly dark feature, this mod does allow you to collect castrated testes in a box. And the more you collect, the bigger the box gets :)
