Adds a new hero unit, the Deathleaper, with 3 unique abilities and a unique elite ability.
Unlocked by Lictor tech at tier 7.

The Deathleaper is a slippery hero with strong surprise attacks but low hp pool and armor.

It can be used as a slippery backline scout/harassed ambushing units on their way to the frontlines.
A research gatherer, feeding off kills either on the frontline or behind enemy lines.
Has a strong debuff that will strike fear into all but the toughest of enemies, but with a long cooldown.

The Deathleaper is a unique Lictor created by Hive Fleet Leviathan as the ultimate Tyranid weapon of terror. Its goal is to undermine the enemy's morale, spread anxiety and confusion, and break the enemy's will to oppose the Tyranid swarm.
