This road is blank - no markings - and are made for use with Intersection Marking Tool

Streetlights on both sides was added to this asset on October 24th 2021, and there was traffic signs appearing in the middle of the road. I don't think the traffic lights on this network are set up to generate correctly. At intersections with this road, it'll treat this one-way road like a two-way road and generate a useless backwards traffic light.
