Настоятельно рекомендую к установке: Turbostroi [github.com]
После того как скачали - переместить по пути:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\lua\bin
Если папки нет - создайте. Если вы все сделали правильно, то при подключении к серверу вы не увидите всплывающих сообщений о нехватке Turbostroi.

Каким-то хреном не добавляется:
