Malagor 90 Speed for SFO

Description
Reduces Malagors speed from 110 to 90, and his charge speed from 140 to 120. He still has the skill in his skill tree that will boost his speed up to 100.

He's tiny, he's fast and he's got missle resistance.

Set Anim Lod Distance Multiplier to 2, so that it doesn't over write the settings from Lod remover, which allows you to see weapons from a further distance. This won't impact your FPS as it's only the 1 unit.
