Description
This mod will automatically restart new runs until you start next to a desired room type or with a desired floor curse. Treasure rooms and planetariums are the room types enabled by default, but other room types can be enabled using Mod Config Menu. Treasure Room Start was created using the IsaacScript framework [isaacscript.github.io], its source code can be found on Github [github.com] for those interested.

Features
  • Automatically start new runs next to particular room types (treasure and planetarium rooms enabled by default).
  • Automatically start new runs with particular floor curses (all enabled by default, like the vanilla game).
  • Preserves your run streak.
  • Also works when manually holding R to restart runs, or when victory lapping.
  • Compatibility with Beyond modded characters.

Configuration
I recommended that you subscribe to Mod Config Menu Pure to configure this mod's settings.

game crashes whenever this mod is activated and you start a room. used to work before now it's broken :(

you would lose eden tokens if restarted

Keep up the good work though king, love the mod.

(also unsure how it would work on XXXXXXXXXL, as from personal experience, rerolling to find ANY special room next to the starts nearly impossible with the Womb/XL sizing, but it still would be really nice if possible)

I do completely understand Sira, I would like to mention though, on the TBOI:Rebirth Fandom Wiki, it does showcase every challenge, and whether or not treasure rooms are able to spawn, same with shop rooms, so it shouldnt be *too* difficult to figure out which
