Description

(Desc. Updated on 4/21/24)

PLEASE READ. this still works with 1.4 do not worry! the 1.5 update changed nothing so there should be no reason for it to make more bugs, and i do have on my personal folder the 1.4 fix but it wont let me upload it anymore so bear with me and wait until it lets me upload it again. since today is Sunday the next time i can attempt this will be next weekend.

This Mod adds a total of 37 bringing up the total of infusions to a whopping 132 when owning all DLC, if not than it goes down by 7 infusions. (from an original 94 with the base mod only) and that's not all, i have added 2 new tiers of infusions! And even more news! you can now craft empty infusers! BUT they are on the expensive side so its better to get them from quests

Artifact - this tier is above legendary having some pretty strong buffs but the rarity is very much small, so if you are a gambler go ahead and try to get one! but the payout can be worth it!

Cursed - these items are double edged, they can be very beneficial more than artifacts for some cases but will decrease other stats by a huge amount as well, they are an interesting twist so its worth a shot seeing what these do!

Here is the google docs document! like i mentioned it wont be the prettiest but it will let me focus more on the programming aspect and also my trip!

Future Updates

Because of code language issues and assembly limitations this mod is basically finished. I might come back to this mod series since its very fun addition and there is much potential here, but with my limited programing knowledge i cant advance much.. sorry in advance ill keep on learning more about coding in the meantime!

Finished Updates

Making this compatible with 1.2.(Scrapped) - (Dev Notes)i believe that the modding community has been given enough time to update their mods to 1.3 so this will still be planned just in the lowest priority possible tho... if you want a 1.2 version let me know, i don't think it will be hard to move to that version anyways but i prefer to allocate my time in other places

making detailed list of new infusions.

making this compatible with vanilla (meaning that soon ill separate the infusions that need the DLC and the ones that don't need DLC so people can play using this mod with both Vanilla rimworld and DLC rimworld!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I will always appreciate strong feedback, and any opinion! it will all influence on the decisions i will make moving forward when making a mod for Rimworld! and if you feel that this deserves a thumbs up or a down give that feedback and also let me know in the comments why you like or dislike the mod!

Once again donations aren't really needed the main reason i would be happy with donations its so i can pay adobe since its where i edit sound, create the art and all the things that aren't code base. but if you are short on cash than you can also just download from Nexus Mods, as long as you actually press the download button Nexus gives us a share of pennies so that helps me too!

it should be fine if you add it to a save
Neagling1 28 Jun @ 12:44am
Can i add this on an existing save or will it cause problems?

Yeah, same with Stria, mine works well.

yup! stira and sean, this works on both versions.

It was running fine for me before I switched over.

Firstly, godspeed with your exam lad.
Secondly, can anyone confirm if this mod can still run normally without severe bug in 1.4?
Stria 21 Apr @ 9:37am
I would be happy enough if you just left 1.4 'stale' with no changes, I think that's all anyone expects as far as updates to 1.4 versions. I would hope so anyway. But it's easy enough to mirror it locally in rimpy and switch the version back so that it doesn't show up as incompatible.

Good luck with your finals!

yup thunder clarified it very much. since there was no bugs when i transferred it from 1.4 to 1.5 it should work both versions. but the reason i drop the previous one is just in case i need to update the 1.5 files again breaking the 1.4 stuff. i would keep both version going but i do not have the knowledge to know how to have multiple versions working. this is something i plan to work on this summer since i am busy with college finals at the moment.

@Firefly It's hard to say without actually testing, but... The way this mod was updated is very unusual. In the About.xml file, the <supportedVersions> tag had the "1.4" replaced with "1.5". (I repeat, it was replaced by 1.5.) However, aside from the "About" folder, the only other folder inside the mod's code is one named "1.4". There is no folder labeled "1.5", nor are there any code files in the mod's root folder.

Regardless of whether or not this still works in 1.4, I'm certain you'd get a "Version mismatch" type error if you tried. So, effectively, support for 1.4 was dropped in favor of 1.5.

Does this mod still work with 1.4? or ONLY 1.5?? Thanks for clarifying
