(Teams) Alluvion

Fixed spawning and additional geysers on Alluvion formatted for team strat play.
Cloak and MAS Grenade are also disabled, making the CRA and BDogs just about bearable for use.

Spawns alternate, so players need to take turns joining by alternating between someone on Team 1 and someone on Team 2.
Game slots 1, 3 and 5 spawn together (as team 1), and slots 2, 4 and 6 spawn together (as team 2).
This system allows for: 2v1, 2v2, 3v2, 3v3.

(A lua-based solution is a current work-in-progress, for now the alternating fixed spawn solution is what these maps use).
