Frontier Conquest (Fixed)

Description
This is a fixed version of the original Frontier Conquest mod. The original mod can be found here:

Please read all details and the guide on that page.

# Fixed:
- Client & Server side processing of data.
- LCD's to work.
- LCD's info outside of screen.
- Resetting data and LCD's.
- Bug crashing the game in some cases.

# TODO
- Remodel block: I will try provide a more detailed model asap.

#NOTE:
- The current version may contain remaining issues from the original mod as that version is of 2016. I've improved as much as possible, but it may still be unstable in some cases. If you have any issues, report them in the comment sections and I will try fix them asap.

@Deatric, I have not checked it after the last game update that broke many mods. When I get some time, I will try and see if it is broken. If someone else can confirm it does not work, please let me know.

Tried this mod out and i cant seem to get anything to work past placing a beacon.
