Diplomacy Compatibility Patch

Description
Make the following mods compatible and merge their functionalities (except CUI/CQUI that cannot be used together):

- Better Leader Icon (UI) - by infixo
- Concise UI Reloaded - by Plerion / Eudaimonia / Adriaman
- CQUI - Community Quick User Interface - by the_m4a / infixo / alskor
- Expanded Alliances - by JNR
- Extended Diplomacy Ribbon - by Aristos
- Nomina (Dynamic Civilization and Leader Names) - by SeelingCat / Gedemon
- Quick Deals - by wltk
- Simplified Gossip - by FinalFreak16
- What Did I Promise? - by Technoluddite

Also compatible with:
- Better Religion Windows (UI) - by infixo
- Better World Rankings (UI) - by infixo

You only need to install the mods you want.

Leader icon tooltip priority is EDR > BLI > CUI > CQUI.
Relationship tooltips priority is BLI > CUI.

To ensure compatibility with the mods listed above, Diplomacy Compatibility Patch integrates code fragments from them. Credits to them. Features of these mods are available only if the respective mods are installed.

This mod is based on Hide Stats Evolved. Do not use both at the same time.

This also stopped the Religious tab from working for me. Didn't effect the victory though, so not a big deal to me.

As Unaha-Closp said, there was an issue with the religious victory tab not showing anything, so I turned off the mode for a while. If this is resolved, I will be able to use this mode again, so I hope that point is improved.

Using Concise UI Reloaded and Simplified Gossip together makes the default combat log show p even if I have it disabled in Concise UI Reloaded. Perhaps a fix for that should be added to this mod.

I'm going to try disabling Concise UI Reloaded's log panels and switching to FinalFreak16's notification log to see if that fixes it.

@adi 4k Good point for Top Panel Extension, but this mod already works with Happiness and Growth Indicators, no?

@Unaha-Closp Thanks for the report. Mod complexity is complex, and anything unexpected - as new mods - break things, unfortunately. I took note of your suggestion.

This mod breaks my Religion Victory Tab. Probably a conflict with another mod, so not blaming the mod maker. All other Victory Tabs stay working but the Religion one stays blank as if no one has a Religion. When I was using it with Extended Diplomacy Ribbon that was wonky too, again, probably a mod conflict from something else.

@adriaman, it would be great if you could also merge the functionalities of the "Top Panel Extension" and "Happiness and Growth Indicators" mods.

For me this broke Leugi's Historical Victory screen (I always disable score victory).

Any chance to make it compatible? (Mod: Leugi's Victory Projects)

If not it's fine, it's not a big deal for it to be broken as it's just visual, but still, would be nice
