Jabbamonkey's HIRES Graphic Overhaul

This is a HIRES Graphic replacement for MANY items in RimWorld. This mod is a work-in-progress, so some items are still lores (and it doesn't replace EVERYTHING ... yet). While this mod replaces textures in other mods, you DO NOT NEED OTHER MODS to use this mod (if the item/object doesn't exist in the game, it wont replace it).

This mod MAINLY focuses on dropped items, sowed crops, and many trade goods, but there are also some workbenches and furniture. For trees and crops, I recommend "Flora Reskin" (created by cattleya) and my Flora Reskin Addon.

Most of the textures in the mod are HIRES, meaning "high resolution". The original artwork in the game has basic items set 64x64 pixels. We have created most of our items at 256x256 pixels. So, if you are using a mod like Camera+ and zoom in close to an object, the object will not look pixelated.

Some textures/reskins include:

• Nutrient Dispenser, Geothermal Reactor, Solar Power, Battery (LORES at this time)
  
• Short Bow, Great Bow and Recurve Bow (HIRES). I recommend Weapon Reskin Pack for other weapon textures.

  • Vanilla Factions Expanded - Insectoids : Replaces Spidersilk, Royal Jelly, Insect Milk, Chitin
    
  • Vanilla Factions Expanded - Vikings : Replaces Mead, Sweetrolls, Runestones, hnefalafl table, antler
    
  • Vanilla Factions Expanded - Settlers : Replaces Chemshine, Barstool, Faro Table, Five Finger Fillet]
    
  • Vanilla Factions Expanded - Medieval : Replaces Wine, Must, Grapes, Wine Barrel
    
  • Vanilla Factions Expanded Mechanoid - Added new hires textures for Mechanoid Component, Processed Meat
    
  • Rim of Madness - Bones : Replaces Bones, Marrow, Old Bones and Jello.
    
  • Misc. Training : AWESOME textures for the Archery target, martial arts dummy, and shooting target.
    
  • Repair Workbench : Replaced the Repair Kit item (not the workbench)
    
  • Rimsenal Security Pack : Textures for the Molten Shell, Missile_AP, Missile_HE, SalvoPack
    
  • And various others...
    

I have also created the Flora Reskin Addon mod (which requires the Flora Reskin mod, created by cattleya). Flora Reskin changes all of the base trees and crops in the game, and looks fantastic. Flora Reskin Addon changes many of the trees and crops that are added and used in other mods. Those two mods work VERY WELL with this mod.


Installation Instruction: Just install the mod. If you are using any of the other mods , then load this mod AFTER all of those other mods (place it at the end of the list).

If you are using OTHER TEXTURE MODS, and like THEIR textures more... then load these other mods AFTER this mod (if their mod is loaded AFTER this one, then their changes will overwrite these texture!). For example, I like "GloomyFurniture" more than some of my workbench textures, and "Floral Reskin" is amazing. So, I place those mods AFTER this mod. The load order that I use is:

Looking for someone to help write code for a "MOD SETTINGS" page ... where people can activate/deactivate certain textures. So, if you don't like the textures for the statues, then you could deactivate it. If you like the menu icons, but want to deactivate everything else ... then you'd be able to.
