Fast Regen PRF Patch

Description
Patches the beds added by Fast Regen to now use the robotic arms added by Project Rimfactory Revived, instead of prosthetic/bionic arms. Save on plasteel and prostheses!

I took a look and it seems like the 1.2 version of Fast Regen will still work fine in 1.3 anyway.

Well, that's up to the creator of Fast Regen. It looks like someone has made a 1.3 version but I didn't think it would have needed much of an update anyway.

Any chance of updating the required items to say "Fast Regen 1.3"?
