Description
Fixes random bugs that haven't been yet taken care of by the devs.
There's NO balance change, only bugs.

Current list of bugs :
- Fixes R'varna electromagnetic shockwave dealing 10% HP damage in addition to the normal attack.
- Fixes Spiritmark of the Spiritseer not affecting Wraithlord.
- Fixes Pulse Accelerator of the Pulse Accelerator Drones not affecting Pulse Blaster (Breachers)
- Fixes Skitarii Marshal skills being able to target fortifications.
- Fixes Canoness skills being able to target fortifications.
- Fixes Maleceptor Hammer of Wrath
- Fixes Maleceptor not getting Regeneration when researched.
- Fixes Ghostglaive AP being too high.
- Fixes Power Sword not being affected by Conjoined Weaponry (+ Armor penetration tech for Chaos)
- Fixes Psychic Overload not having Psychic Lash (ignore armor) and Witchfire (ignore cover).
- Fixes Maleceptor not being a requirement for Hammer of Wrath tech.
- Fixes Wraithlord not being a requirement for Hammer of Wrath tech.
