More Tillable Terrain

Description
This patch contains a few tweaks to make tilling more viable according to my personal tastes. It reduces the work required by roughly half and increases the terrain types you can till to lichen-covered soil, marshy soil, and rich soil.

any chance you could add some of the Alpha Biomes terrains to this? Idyllic Meadows namely doesn't allow for tilling on its "Flowery Soil"

Tilling rich soil doesn't actually buff growth times. Is this intended or?

@den I know that was in February but if you want more soil to till u can just open the mod folder go the whatever version you are running and add extra lines I added stony soil by adding <li>Gravel</li> to Terrain.xml using notepad.

does this not work for stoney soil, or am i missing something?
