Sonic Rush but it's A Hat in Time

Description
This is (eventually) going to be a mod that contains many Sonic Rush-related things! It's still a work in progress, but I'll try to work towards finishing it.


Included so far:

Sonic in the Rush style is added as a playable character!

mayb add super sonic and burning blaze in addition because in sonic rush theres super sonic and burning blaze :)

Yeah sonic rush is one of my favorite games, I wanted to do more with this mod (as the description implies) but I just couldn't figure it out at the time and I've long since lost the files
