Even more simple recycling

A simple way to recycle apparels made of cloth or leather at the tailor bench. No research required, no skill level required and don't provide crafter xp (it's a dumb job).

For mod compatibility, my mod filters apparels by this way, you can't recycle:
_if they are tagged smeltable (of course)
_if they are in armor category
_if they are in utility category
_if it's a war mask

You can easily edit the filters by category or specific apparel.

The idea come from the mod Simple recycling made by Lanilor and updated by Proxyer.
