Main Menu Game Mode Caps Internationally

Game mode caps for the main menu for all language versions of the game.

If you have some problems with displayed mode caps, there are empty/out of lines.
With your Notepad you can add/edit lines in the file l4d360ui_tu_(your language).txt which is in the resource folder.

Team Lobby Fixes:

Corrections for the Team Lobbies and for creation of them:

- added PERMISSIONS to creation of team lobbies for Versus and Scavenge type of games;
- added CHOOSE CHAPTER to creation of team lobbies for Versus type of games;
- added PERMISSIONS and ability VOTE TO START to team lobbies.

Found Games List Expand and Team Lobby Fixes (+MMUIF):

Expanding of Found Games Lists, better visibility of text in the active game description
and Corrections for the Team Lobbies and for creation of them:

- expanding Public Found Games List for better vision of Campaign list;
