Main Menu RU Caps for the Game Modes (With Reworked Icons)

Russian caps for the game modes in the main menu, which for some unknown reason are absent in the official game client for russian version.
At least this way added their likeness to the game.

Team Lobby Fixes:

Corrections for the Team Lobbies and for creation of them:

- added PERMISSIONS to creation of team lobbies for Versus and Scavenge type of games;
- added CHOOSE CHAPTER to creation of team lobbies for Versus type of games;

Found Games List Expand and Team Lobby Fixes (+MMUIF):

Expanding of Found Games Lists, better visibility of text in the active game description
and Corrections for the Team Lobbies and for creation of them:

- expanding Public Found Games List for better vision of Campaign list;
