BF1 Winchester/Centerfire Sound Mod

Beschreibung
Preview Video Available
It's been a long time since my last mod, but I am alive and here is my offering. This mod replaces the sounds of the Winchester and SPX Centerfire with weapons from Battlefield 1. The Winchester's sound is replaced with Battlefield 1's Winchester and the Centerfire is replaced with the Gewehr 98.

Side Note: This mod DOES NOT replace third person sounds. That means you'll hear the default Winchester/Centerfire sounds when playing the game in third-person or when somebody next to you is shooting the guns. I did this because I don't want to adjust the loudness of the guns in third person which is perfectly fine by default.

Not really accepting invites, but I can point you to [] who provided some tutorials to me on his workshop page for sound modding. Go here and then you should find some tutorial links on the 2nd page of the comments section. Hope it helps!

I'm trying to make an addon much like this on my own, but I've hit a wall but there's not much documentation out there to help. Could you add me and help out?

Hey FailureFung you should definitely do a minigun sound replacement when the minigun comes out! That'll make my month if it does happen!:summer2019boost:

Just like it shows in the preview video, I recorded the gunshots of each and every environment in-game and then put those recordings into the Wwise project. I didn't use any special effects at all. Wwise reverb won't be able to mimic what I did with this mod and like you said, Wwise echo effects and environment_reverb barely change the sound. If you want to get nice reverb and echo for your gunshots, you're going to have to record them straight from whatever game you're playing. I know it's tedious, but's it's the best solution I came up with.
