Railway Catenaries (NSW)

In 1 collection by Robert
NSW Services
92 items
Description
8 style props based on standard overhead wiring structures throughout Sydney and broader New South Wales, Australia. Compatible with Railway Replacer and Network Skins 2

Props appear as "Australia-NSW" in the Replacer UI except as noted below:
- Anchor masts (for track ends) for double and single tracks
- Tunnel drops for double and single tracks
- Single track mast
- Double track portal
- Double track cantilever (Australia-NSW2)
- Double track mast (Australia-NSW3)

Note: I noticed that if you apply one of the additional styles (NSW2/NSW3) to a segment using Network Skins, if the track ends it won't properly apply the anchor masts (as they are NSW and I didn't include duplicate props for the additional styles). The additional styles are not exactly alternatives but supplementary structures for instances where a portal is not appropriate/feasible.

All the best with the next project :)

Thank you though. The next project involves a custom railway network which might need to be RWY2-compatible, so I'll have to figure it out I guess.

Love your work Robert! Can I ask which Railway 2 track types you think best suits the Australian or NSW environment?

Hi Robert, top quality work as always! Suggestion for an update: a "drop vertical only" variant, similar to what Rev0 has included in his RWY2 catenary packs, would make working with your wonderful Railway Catenary Prop Pack much easier, since then manually placing vertical props wouldn't be necessary.

That's great to hear, I'm glad it's useful in more settings than Australia

This is a very Dutch railroad canatary look-a-like pole system.
