Has this been added to any other mods? Or has the bug with the 10x pricing been fixed?

The bug with this is after you set a price and close the object, when you reopen it the price has increased 10x. Doing this repeatedly results in the price maxing out at the 255/510 value. If you never open the object it works at the first time you set the price or when you reset the price. It's working but with a caveat.

A bit buggy, my toll fee is set to 12/24 but after i close it, it changes to 120/240, all the time

Nevermind it seems to have fixed after getting that mod as I didnt have it before.
