Vestal reforged

This mod aims to change unused abilities into ones that aid the classes play style, without changing too much and detracting from the core design.

Vestal has an extremely strong set of skills that from my experience have little reason to ever stray from other than for meme value. I've made updates to give frontline vestal a more real reason to be used, this will also allow more team comps as you wont be forced to take up a backline slot for a healer as often.


Judgement:
- Damage reduced to -50% (from -25%)

This ability is just dumb compared to her others, more dmg, crit, healing and targets, I dont see why as a backline she should have a better attack than she does in frontline, granted even with this, Judgement is still a great attack, just not objectively better than all others.


Hand of Light:
- Damage increased to -25% (from 50%)

Damage buff to make frontline vestal more focused on dmg with aditional healing rather than the other way around as with a backline vestal. The buff you gain from using the skill is still good, but in the base game required ~3-4 attacks to start dealing more than the same amount of attacks with Judgement would deal.


Illumination:
- Changed positions ability can be performed in to 1,2 (from 1,2,3)
- Added stress heal 80% 1-5, 20% 5-9

This gives frontline vestal another reason to be ran, aswell as another decent stress heal, which again helps open up more team comps.

Divine Comfort:
- Added Buff: +10-15% DMG if in position 2

This is an incentive to encourage players to run position 2 vestals.


Balance changes will be updated as I (Or others) play more with the mod.
