Description
This mod aims to change unused abilities into ones that aid the classes play style, without changing too much and detracting from the core design.

The Highwayman is already a strong class, so buffs should be small as he really doesn't need them.

Although two abilities are underused, tracking shot and Grapeshot Blast.

Tracking Shot:
- Added mark on hit

This should make the move more useful on bosses or big enemies as it negates some of the downsides of marking a target (not attacking that turn) with Tracking Shot you can mark, buff and deal a small amount of DMG with crits all in one move.

Grapeshot Blast:
- Changed Performable positions to 2,3,4 (from 2,3)
- Added chance to mark (40% - 50%)
- Buffed accuracy by 5% per lv
- Changed targets to 1+2+3+4 (From 1+2+3)
- Changed base crit chance to 0 (from -9% - -5%)
- Added Bonus DMG vs Mark 45% - 65%
- Added Bonus crit vs Marked 10% - 20%

This might sound super good with the amount of buffs, but this moves is so garbage and Highwayman's other moves are so good, I still think this move would only be picked on a Mark focused team or for The Flesh. Maybe this move is actually stupid and abusable now? But I don't think it is yet, even with all these buffs. PS. I don't like grapeshot Blast.

Balance changes will be updated as I (Or others) play more with the mod.

In case you needed more confirmation, I also think that grapeshot is way overtuned. I am personally reducing its damage by like 50% otherwise I will just spam it every fight.

i think grapeshot is way overtuned as well. in my opinion, if you want it to be this strong, make it have a huge cooldown or only usable a few times before camp - something to make it way less abusable.

Clearly the mod maker has never used the Plague doctor + Highwayman wombo combo if he thinks grapeshot is too weak.

In all seriousness though, I like the idea of tracking shot granting a mark on the enemy, as highwayman's increased damage to marked targets on his pistol shot goes unused unless you specifically take someone else to mark them and I never much liked taking houndmaster, musketeer (at least not WITH a highwayman,) Arbalest, or Bounty Hunter.

Hey, I've been trying your mods and really enjoy the changes, I feel the classes more versatile whilst balanced, only observation I have is this one: grapeshot is devastating, took 2 Hman to farmstead for a fun run and spamming grapeshot blast took me all the way to the sleeper and beyond, it was fun but I must admit, it kinda breaks the game. These Hman were by no means optimal, the other two heros had only support skills, no dmg and this was on bloodmoon with 3 trinkets
I've been trying to come up with an idea to share with you, that you may use: maybe instead of adding more mark interaction, grapeshot should debuff protection, as it tears through the enemies resistance:
-Performable positions 1,2,3
-Original targets
-No mark chance/bonus
-20% prot debuff (140%)
-No crits debuff (maybe)
-Armor penetration
This way Hman may have more versatil 1st position and kit, at least I believe. I really like the way you are turning these skills into something useful, thank you for making this.
