Description
- fixes the bug of not being able to start with a behemoth
- behemoths are slightly harder to kill
- behemoths behave more like normal ships
- behemoths starters have a permanent (small) benefit
- behemoths produce influence directly for the empire

This mod is still hightly WIP!
